We want every order to arrive looking as good as you do.

If something turns up damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please email us straight away so we can take a look and make it right. Quick fixes only — no stress, no fuss.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipping to the EU, you’re covered under the 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can return your order within 14 days for any reason — no explanation needed.

Your items must be in the same condition they arrived in: unused, unopened, with all original packaging and tags. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return arrives back to us, we’ll inspect it and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your money will be sent back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Banks love to take their time — so a small delay on their end is normal.)
